Today I believe God is sending a message! I would like to call it a note to Self, as there are times when I need to reminded to pause, stop, and reflect on God. That's what this Wait is all about. Its a firm directive or command to stop and look around, God is Able. This wait causes me to look around at who has been working on my behalf all this time. Giving me strength when I was at my weakest or lowest point. It was God who would be there to encourage me and speak truth when my direction or course seemed to be working against me. Wait! It has been you, God all along the way. Therefore, I need to reposition my mind, ask you for forgiveness and Move forward with what I Really Know to be True, GOD YOU ARE WELL ABLE.
Another, Way to look at this is Wait! God is able, and He is coming. I just need to slow down and wait for Him. Don't let my anxiety get the best of me, simply because things are not going to plan. I can wait, and in my waiting God is going to give me the strength I need to make it through.
Just like the Eagle waits on the wind to Soar, we can wait on the Wind of the Holy Spirit to Move and lift us out of or above our situations. We must trust God's process and God's plan. Though I may pray, I must trust God to answer according to His will and His plan. Pray and release today. Let God have is perfect way. Jesus said it best "not my will, but Thy will be done". God will give you and I the Power to Wait. We already have it, its time to tap in.
Today, I encourage you to read the entire chapter of Isaiah 40. Highlight and underline words that show God's Ability. Refresh your mind with thoughts of God's Power. This chapter is a picture of what it looks like when God gets ready to deliver His people. He get's them spiritually, mentally, and emotionally fit for the journey. He want to do the same with us. Get Ready, God is coming soon.
