Did you know that woman is YOU!!! God sees you right where you are. Be encouraged today. There were two ladies God chose for me to look at during this time of prayer, sharing, and studying. They are Hagar from the story in Genesis 16 and Ruth from the book of RuthA. Along with Ruth I can not leave out Naomi.
Hagar leaves me with this thought... "I now see the God who sees me". Genuine understand that she could actully see herself the way God sees her. She made a connection. Her eyes were open, God's eyes where on her.
Ruth leaves ME with the thought of "God knows the plans he he has for us". God used Naomi to show himself to Ruth. It is clear to me that she would eventually find God for herself. I love that she was looking for God, he was looking at her. He gave her confidence to pursue something or someone she was clueless about. You see that in Chapter 2 when Naomi is shocked that Ruth would have found favor with the Lord.
Naomi leaves me with this thought... "You have no idea what God has instore for you..take courage and move forward, even when you don't know how." Where she thought the Lord had left her empty, left her feeling abandoned, left her isolated and alone, he simply had a plan. You see at the end of the chapter, God's plan was much bigger than Naomi could have imagined.
Enjoy this music, be lifted, be thankful, be healed, be delivered, and set Free. For He is the God who sees.
