Have you ever tried to break a fall? What I mean is have you ever felt your body going down (for whatever reason) and tried to stop it or determined how you were going to fall? I think we can all agree that "falling" is not option we would choose. It seems, the older we get them more we pay attention to the way we walk, where we walk, and even how we walk. Why? We want to guide our own steps so that we can avoid "the fall". The reason for this is because if you ever have had a fall, that altered your life, you don't want to fall EVER again (or fall like that), so you do whatever it takes to avoid it.
Today, I hear the Lord say, stop trying to break the fall, or control how you fall. The only thing He wants you and I to be aware of is the fact that this Fall is necessary, we can not break it or control it. What we can do is to listen to His instructions. His Instructions today, are to FALL FOWARD.
FALL FOWARD...Forget all and move Forward. Moving forward looks like moving on from the way you have known things in the the Past. Yes, Even God. God is wanting to refresh us in our Walk with Him, He is Doing something New. We can not and will not be in control. To not move forward this time (unlike the last time) is to remain stuck.

“No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment, for the patch will pull away from the garment, making the tear worse. Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.
John 12:23-26
