Face-Times Psalms 71

"Balanced Focus"

On this day, I have been promoted by God to remind us...

  1. Don't Loose your Balance

  2. Don't Loose your Focus

Balanace is an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright.

Focus is the center of your interest.

Today's Psalms is a great reminder of the fact that "life" is unpredictable. So many things happen during the course of our lives, but one thing is True, God is always there. He never changes. He is consisent. When it seems like we are blowing in the wind leaving the very things that held us together, don't loose focus. It was never the "thing" it seems your connected it has always, and will always be God. Sometimes he transports us to differnt places. I like to say,"for my good and for His Glory".

Let's listen in on a portion of the converstion the Psalmists has in this particular Psalms.

vs 1 "In You, O Lord, I put my trust. Le me never be put to shame."

vs 2 "Deliver me in Your righteousness, and cause me to escape;"

vs 7 "I have become a wonder to many, But You are my strong refuge"

vs 8 "Le my muth be filled with your praise And with your glory all the day"

vs 17 "O God, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wondrous works"

vs 18 "now when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me"

vs 19 "You who have shown me great and severe troubles, Shall revive me again..."

Vs 21 "You shall increase my greatness, And comfort me on every side"

vs 22 "Also with the lue I will praise You- And your faithfullness, O my God"!
