Face-time Psalms 79 "Faith in the Middle of Confusion"

Sometimes it hard to see God for all the trouble in front and behind you. Nevertheless, you know He is God. And if anyone is going to come to your rescue it God alone who is able. Therefore, we cry out. In our crying, it's also a time to seek within ourselves. Not all bad things happen because we were good. Sometimes we must take ownership. And sometimes, it just is what it is. God is allowing things, to happen that we can not see. Either way, calling on God in this time is good because he will at the very least give you peace, just talking to him.

Let's Journey a little through these Psalms.

Crying for help

vs 1 "The Nations have invaded your inheritance, desecrated your holy temple and turned Jerusalem into ruins.

vs 3 "They poured out their blood like water all around Jerusalem, and there was no one to bury them"

vs 5 "How long, Lord? will you be angry forever?

vs 8

A vow to praise God

vs 13 "Then we, your people the sheep of your pasture, will thank you forever, we will declare your praise to generation after generation."

Get your face time in and see what your personal takeaway from this Psalms is. I know God has something to show you, just as he did for me.
