Happy Monday. We have reached our 60th day in the Prayer Journey. I want to encourage you today, No matter what it looks like, God is in complete control. For He is Holy! He lacks nothing.
In our Psalms, this morning, David and his Army have just lost a battle. Have you ever had the taste of defeat to linger much longer than you would like it too? I know I have. When it happens I tend to analyze every part of the incident, where I went wrong, what I could have done better, or even perhaps wondering why I was even in such a battle, was it you or God? What happens next, I begin to look to God for answers and help.
vs 1 "O God, You have cast us off; You have us broken down; you have been displeased..."
vs 2"You have made the earth tremble..."
vs 3 "you have shown your people hard things." vs 5 "save with your right hand and hear me."
I love the fact the Lord steps in these Psalms and declares His deity.
vs 6 "God has spoken in His Holiness... 'I will rejoice:'
vs 7 "I will divide Shechem"
vs 8 "Gilead is Min...
Omg! God knows how to set wrong things right. Read the Psalms today, and make the connections. God is God!
