Have you ever started a conversation with someone, and by the end of the conversation you have received the solution/answer without them saying a word. You just needed a listening ear. This Psalms reminds me of something similar to that. However, after meditating and a little study, he didn't answer himself, God answered and He spoke out loud what he heard in secret. *Note to self!
I love every problem that I have is an opportunity for me to connect with God, and for him to show himself "mighty and strong". Let's look at the beginning and end of these Psalms together.
vs 1 "Save me, O God, by Your name, and vindicate me by Your Strength.
vs 7 "For He has delivered me out of all trouble, And my eye has seen its desire upon my enemies"
It's a quick read, however, if you look closely you will see this conversation play out. And in the end, you will find praying to God is always the best option. There used to be an old song we sang in the baptist church "Don't wait 'til the battle is over, 'Shout Now'". I would like to add a different spin, "Don't wait for the battle pray now, pray during, and praise through"!
Don't think it will flow with the music, but hey I'm not a songwriter.
