"Rejoice in the Lord, O you righteous! God is our Sovereign Lord.
God is great and greatly to be praised. He presides over every event, great or small. He is in control of every aspect of our lives. Therefore we should remember this and praise him with everything we have.
The psalmist today, says we should praise God with the harp, make melody to him with instruments, and sing to him a new song. (Psalms 33:2) Why? "For the word of the Lord is right and all His work is done in truth." (Psalms 33:4) This is such an awesome Psalms to reflect on who God is, also to see how we should maintain our position as we worship the Lord in Spirit and in truth, for He is our sovereign, Lord.
