STRANGER DANGER! DANGER! This something children are taught at an early age in school. I have learned that there are some things that are "straight-up" dangerous to my Spiritual grown and outright hinder me from completely fulfilling my purpose. Oh, they seem no harm, because everyone is doing, or it doesn't seem to alter me much at the moment. However, that's the trick of the adversary, He wants us to feel normal and comfortable. However, God has other plans. This is why wisdom is so important. Can you honestly say that you know what's best for you? Do you know where the danger lies? No! However, God does. Here are a few take away for me from these Proverbs...
vs 1"Wine is a mocker, the Stronger drink is a brawler, And whoever is lead astray by it is not wise."
vs 3 "It is honorable for a man to stop striving Since any fool can start a quarrel."
vs 5 "Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water, But a man of understanding will draw it out."
vs 7 "The righteous man walks in his integrity; His children are blessed after him."
vs24 "A man's steps are of the Lord; How then can a man understand his own way"
vs27 "The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths his heart."
vs29 "Th glory of young men is their strength, And the splendor of old men is their gray head."
vs 30 "Blows that hurt cleanse away evil, As do stripes the inner depths of the heart."
