Calling on the Names of Jesus Day 8&9

When I call on the name of Jesus, something happens. I love saying this out loud. As we have been calling on the names of Jesus this month it brings about a greater connection for me, how about you?

Jesus, The Heir of All things. Just ponder on this,

Jesus, the the heir of all things received everything His Father has. As the heir of all things Jesus has all power, all authority and dominion.

Jesus is not just the “heir of all things”, He is the heir who shares and cares.

He has graciously allowed us to enter this inheritance, all because of his sacrifice. Wow!!!! Look at this. Who do you know, sacrificed for you and then allows you to share in an inheritance. That’s ❤️!

Jesus, the heir of all things.

Thank you Jesus, when I align myself with you, I am a joint heir!

Jesus called himself the "Good Shepherd" in John 10:11

He could say this, because Jesus' good is not how other's would define good. His goodness is unique. In the Greek language the word good is "kalos". It is defined as "noble, wholesome, good and beautiful. Good, here is an inward beauty that is attracted outwardly. An innate goodness!!

When Jesus calls himself the "good shepherd" he was speaking of his goodness, his righteousness and His beauty.

This "Good Shepherd"...

-humbles himself

-steers us in the right path

-protects us

-seeks us in our wandering

-guards us away from danger meant to destroy us

-is gentle

-gathers us and carries us in his arms

Thank you Jesus for being our Good Shepherd. There is no one who leads like you. No one who protects like you. No one who is as gentle as you. No one who is able to find me in my wandering place. There is No body like you Jesus. Amen!

I pray these two additional names help you to make an even greater connection. We will continue to go higher and higher as we call on the names of Jesus. I encourage you to not just call on His name, but study His name. Use the scriptures in this post to help get you started.
