When we call Jesus our Mighty God, it means so many things. One meaning is "Powerful Warrior". It speaks of this in Isaiah 9:6.
During this time Israel was being taken captive by Assyria. This was all due to Israel disobedience. No matter how we disobey God, He always loves and has a plan to demonstrate this love. Which is why God sent is only begotten Son, Jesus. We are calling on Him as our Mighty God, Powerful Warrior because He fights our battles. In Isaiah, they were experiencing oppression, and hunger. so much so they became "enraged and curse their king and their God, and looked up". Isaiah 8:21
In the New Testament, we can find confirmation of Jesus being Mighty God.
Mighty God can also refer to power and physical strength, but in Hebrew the word is "gibbor" it means "courage, self-sacrifice, and moral excellence.
Lamb of God, another title for Jesus. This name appears in John 1: 29.

In our world of Christianity, the Lamb represents Jesus as both suffering and triumphant. Lamb, generally known as a sacrificial animal, also symbolizes gentleness, innocence and purity. In addition, Lamb is a symbol for sweetness and forgiveness.
I am so grateful for Jesus, our Mighty God and Jesus the Lamb of God. We can call these names with clarity and boldness today because scriptures are a testament of Jesus as our Mighty God, Powerful Warrior and Lamb who was slain for our sins.
