Another day to call on the name of Jesus. According to Hebrews 13:8 Jesus never changes. No wonder, Jesus is unchangeable because His Father, Our Father is the immutable God. Recognizing the Superiority Of Jesus Christ as unchanging helps with how we approach Him. When we approach Him, can look backward and forward and remember that Jesus is reliable. Jesus has a consistent plan from start to finish. He has been faithful executing that plan and always keeping His word. Jesus is completely trust worthy. "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." Hebrews 13:8
Next, let's move onto Jesus our Savior. Jesus our Savior contains the gift of eternal life. The name Savior is or passageway to heaven. "There is Salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among me by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12 We are also reminded in 1 John 4:14 that Jesus came to save the whole world.
These are the next two names. Join me in the next coming weeks as we go through the next seven names. Take one name per day and educate yourself on what it means by reading the scripture. Next, us that particular name in prayer. Calling Jesus intentionally by His name on that day. I can't wait to see what will open on the earth for us when we all corporately call on the name of Jesus.
