Ladies in Waiting (LIW) Small group

Ladies in Waiting is a small group that is an extension of Simply Living in Purpose S.L.I.P. It was created during the middle of the world pandemic in August 2021.

The motivation came from a Summer Session S.L.I.P. extended to ladies called "The Woman God Sees" The session created a community of ladies who enjoyed the "Iron Sharpening Iron" fellowship.

During the Sacred time together "Live @ 5 pm on Sundays we begin to see and identify ourselves first as Ladies called by God.

We all wear many hats, however, God had us to Continue with the thought "The Woman God Sees'. From there it was determined that we would be now known as "Lady'.

We don't want to forget the Lady at the core of all duties. Take care of her so she can take care of others.

Next discovery, these Ladies have an assignment. Mid-Wives for God. These Ladies are called to help others deliver their gifts and Ministries. We agreed that God Called us to help one another deliver.

It was further understood that the Midwives needed understanding and encouragement.

During these discoveries, a WhatsApp app was created with daily and weekly encouragement.

We went on to allow God to teach us through various book studies, discussions, and fellowship.

Our first Session began in September 2021 "The Midwives Sessions". What an amazing discovery of what it means to be a midwife.

We continue on this Journey in 2024 with the thought, "Clarity" Know More in 2024. We wait with anticipation as God reveals more of Himself to each of us. In turn, we will gain more understanding of our call and purpose to serve.
